Photography, Media and Participation Acknowledgement
To help document and share the discussions and impact of the Day of Dialogue 2026, Transparency International Canada will be taking photographs and short video clips throughout the event. Images may be used in future communications, including our website, social media channels, newsletters, annual reports, promotional materials and other organizational publications.
By attending the event, participants acknowledge that photography and videography will take place throughout the venue. We respect that not everyone wishes to be photographed. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the welcome desk during registration. You will be provided with a red sticker to indicate your preference.
Transparency International Canada will make reasonable efforts to respect participants’ preferences throughout the event. While we cannot guarantee that individuals wearing a red sticker will not appear incidentally in wide-angle or crowd photographs, our staff and photographers will take reasonable steps to avoid capturing identifiable images of those participants.
